Q: SHIPPING POLICY
Fitzgerald Truck Parts currently ships to the lower 48 U.S states which excludes all other international destinations, Alaska, and Hawaii. In the event that you, the customer, places an order to an International address not listed above, Fitzgerald Truck Parts reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Q: SHIPPING OPTIONS
All in-stock orders placed before 3pm CST are eligible for same day shipping. Items under 130lbs are shipped UPS ground, anything heavier is shipped freight. We reserve the right to choose which shipping provider carries your shipment. Our current shipping options are: UPS Ground UPS 2nd Day Air UPS Next Day Air
Q: FREE SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Most shipments over $500 are eligible for free shipping. Engines, transmissions and other oversized items are not eligible. The free shipping option only applies to U.S addresses within the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

When ordering a shipment via freight, be sure that a transfer truck can deliver to your address. If the driver is unable to get their truck to your address, you will not receive your package Upon delivery and before signing for the package, inspect your package for visible damage. Q: RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you have 30 days from the time of purchase to return your item(s) for a full refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. In order for the product(s) to be eligible for a refund it must have not been installed or used, preferably unopened, and in its original packaging. Clearance items cannot be refunded. Special order items may be subject to a restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA), aka RMA, in order to receive credit. You can obtain an RGA by contacting customer support at 888-873-0448 or via the form on the contact page.
Q: WARRANTY REPAIR RETURN POLICY All
Parts come with their original manufacturer warranty. Please visit the part manufacturer’s website for details. Any Fitzgerald in-house parts come with a 1 year warranty from Fitzgerald. We understand you need your parts quickly. In stock items will be shipped out the same day. Time in transit varies based on your location. A tracking number for your shipment will be provided so you may track your shipment.
Q: IS THERE A COST ON RETURNS?
If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product.

**TO RECEIVE CORE CREDIT, REBUILDABLE CORES MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE** To return your product core for credit, first drain all fluids, if any, from the product. Send your core to the above listed address attention Kevin King or Jennifer Finan. Fitzgerald Truck Parts recommends using a carrier that provides package tracking to insure your product gets back safely and quickly. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred in returning your core. The credit card used for the purchase of the product will be credited with the core's original invoiced value after inspection. If your product was purchased via wire transfer, a check will be issued for the return. Cores that have been disassembled or have missing and/or damaged major components will not receive full core credit.
